Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Kigōri Within. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kigōri Within is a mental wellness application offered by Kigōri™ Sanctuary, providing tools for ADHD support, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, and psychedelic integration. It is a wellness tool, not a medical device, therapy service, or clinical treatment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Free trial — New accounts receive a 3-month free trial starting on the date of registration. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Billing — After your free trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at $4.99 per month. Your payment method on file will be charged on the same date each month.
Notice before billing — We will send you an email reminder 7 days before your trial ends and billing begins.
Cancellation — You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@kigorisanctuary.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price changes — We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
Content you write in the app is stored locally on your device only. Kigōri Sanctuary does not access, store, or own your written content. You are solely responsible for maintaining any content you wish to keep.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate any person or entity, or use the app to store or transmit protected health information.
Kigōri Within is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the app for any particular purpose. The app does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kigōri Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
