If you clear your browser cache, uninstall the app, or switch devices, locally stored content is not recoverable by us.
Kigōri Within includes AI-powered audio guidance for certain features, powered by ElevenLabs. Text from practice scripts may be processed by ElevenLabs to generate audio. User-written journal content is not sent to AI systems.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Users should not rely on AI-generated content as medical, psychiatric, legal, or professional advice.

Kigōri Within is a general wellness application and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. It does not function as a medical record system. No clinical documentation, diagnoses, treatment plans, or protected health information should be entered into this application.
If you are receiving clinical care from a licensed provider, your clinical records are maintained separately in a HIPAA-compliant system by your provider.
We retain account information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS/TLS encryption and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure via Supabase. No system can guarantee absolute security.
